  Terms of Use — Signature Scanner Effective date: July 7, 2026 These Terms of Use ( "Terms" ) govern your use of the Signature Scanner application ( "the App" ), developed by Furkan Kaya. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). 1. License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. 2. Subscription Trial & Billing: Signature Scanner requires an auto-renewing weekly subscription that begins after a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, after the free trial ends. Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. By using the App, you agree to this policy. 1. Your Documents Stay on Your Device Signature Scanner is designed to work fully on-device. Every operation — viewing PDFs, drawing and storing signatures, signing, scanning, converting, splitting, merging, watermarking, and text recognition (OCR) — is performed locally on your iPhone. No Server Uploads: We do NOT upload, store, or transmit your documents, signatures, photos, or extracted text to any server.
