By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). 1. License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. 2. Subscription Trial & Billing: Signature Scanner requires an auto-renewing weekly subscription that begins after a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, after the free trial ends. Your Documents Stay on Your Device Signature Scanner is designed to work fully on-device. Every operation — viewing PDFs, drawing and storing signatures, signing, scanning, converting, splitting, merging, watermarking, and text recognition (OCR) — is performed locally on your iPhone. No Server Uploads: We do NOT upload, store, or transmit your documents, signatures, photos, or extracted text to any server.
