Terms of Use — Signature Scanner

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Signature Scanner application ("the App"), developed by Furkan Kaya. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscription

• Trial & Billing: Signature Scanner requires an auto-renewing weekly subscription that begins after a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, after the free trial ends.

• Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• Management & Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.

• Trial Forfeiture: Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

• Refunds: Refunds are handled solely by Apple under App Store policies.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to forging signatures, falsifying documents, or signing documents on behalf of others without authorization. You are solely responsible for the documents you create, sign, and share.

4. Electronic Signatures

Signatures created with the App are simple electronic signatures. Depending on your jurisdiction and the type of document, they may not satisfy requirements for qualified or notarized signatures. It is your responsibility to confirm that an electronic signature is legally sufficient for your use case.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding your documents), is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that generated files will meet third-party requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or documents, arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend the license if you breach these Terms. Sections 5–7 survive termination.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
